Terms & Conditions

These terms & conditions apply to any action taken to purchase a piece of Putzy Ceramics. 
By placing an order for any item from the website, you agree to these terms & conditions so please read them carefully.



All of the items on the website are entirely handmade and therefore there will always be some variation between pieces. Each item can vary slightly from the item on the photo or from its original draft previously made. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order or it doesn’t match with your expectations, please notify me within 7 days of receiving your order and we can come to an agreement. Shipping costs however will not be covered. This is in exception of any custom made items. Any item that is especially made for you, is non-refundable. These items are made to order and therefore exchanges or returns are not possible.


Prices shown on the website are in Euro’s. Putzy Ceramics may change the price of any of the products, at any time, without prior notice. The prices that are shown on the website are leading. 

Unless otherwise stated, the shipping costs are charged in addition to the price of the product. The shipping costs will appear on the checkout page.

Accuracy of information

There may be information on the website that contain typographical errors or inaccuracies that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping, transit times and availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.
This may also mean that your order can be cancelled at any time if there was any error or inaccuracy of the information provided (pricing, availability, description).

Return or Exchange

Please notify Putzy Ceramics within 7 days after receiving your order at info@putzyceramics.com. You will then be send the shipment details. Within 3 weeks after receiving your order, the package should be received at Putzy Ceramics. Your return order will be reviewed on the following:
– The item(s) must be in original condition and cannot been worn or damaged
– It should include the original and undamaged packaging
– Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost. Shipping costs for returning the item(s) for an exchange or refund will not be covered.
– If you want to exchange an item, you only need to return the piece(s) you wish to exchange
– The return item can not be a custom made order

Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your package being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

Cancellation of your order

If you wish to change or cancel your order please make sure to notify Putzy Ceramics within 48 hours by sending an email to info@putzyceramics.com. When notifying me later than 48 hours, it is possible that your order is already on its way to you. When this happens, all information stated in ‘Return or Exchange’ is applicable. Any extra costs made on shipping will not be covered by Putzy Ceramics.

If for any reason Putzy Ceramics did not receive your payment within 2 days after placing the order, the order will be cancelled without further notice.


All items are usually shipped within 5 working days from when your order was placed. In some cases when an item has to be made or during busy periods, production can take up to 4 weeks. All of the items shown on the website should be in stock and can be send to you as soon as possible. However, Putzy Ceramics can not be held responsible for a delay of the delivery if for any reason, the item was not in stock. This means the item has to be made and can take up to 4 weeks. If you need a piece before a specific date, please contact Putzy Ceramics before ordering to ensure this will be possible. Every effort will be made to have your piece delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Your package is carefully packed and brought to the courier company. When the package is received by the courier company, the responsibility of delivering the package to you is within the courier company and Putzy Ceramics can not be held responsible for any delays or damages made by the courier company or third parties.

For shipping prices and an indication of the delivery times please see the page shipping & returns. Please know that the delivery times are an indication of the courier company and may not be accurate. Putzy Ceramics can not be held responsible for these time indications made by the courier company. When you have chosen for a tracked shipment, the tracking code will be send to you so you can track your package (packages within the Netherlands are always supplied with a track & trace code). If you did not choose for a tracked delivery option, Putzy Ceramics can not be held responsible for a loss of the package by the courier company.

Please check your address details carefully when placing an order. Putzy Ceramics can not be held responsible for an incorrect shipping address. All consequences due to an invalid shipping address (costs, returns and new shipment) will be for the customer placing the order.


Duties and Taxes

Dependant on the country that you live in and the relevant import laws, duties and taxes may be applied to your package. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these taxes is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival and is the responsibility of the person who placed the order.



All pictures, promotional texts and images displayed on the website of Putzy Ceramics, www.putzyceramics.com, are copyrighted. This means they may not be used by others without visible approval of Putzy Ceramics.
