Handmade checkerd cup. These cups are made from black and white stoneware clay. The cups are glazed with a transparent glaze. The cups are entirely made by hand (no wheel) so each cup has his own unique checkerd pattern. The cups are finished with small dimples in the side so they fit nicely in your hands.

The beauty of imperfection

The cups are entirely made by hand using handbuilding techniques (no wheel), therefor small inconsistencies in shape and size can occur. They show they are made by hands. That is also the nature of my work, each piece is unique in its own way.

Care

The cups are food and dishwasher safe, however it is recommend washing your ceramics by hand as they like a delicate touch.
